In 1975, Damayanti began her career in the food industry, working with food ingredients, chemicals, flavours, fragrances, and packaging components. Later, she expanded her expertise to include HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) and food services.
Thanks to her extensive experience in both national and multinational companies, in 1998 Damayanti was appointed as the agent of Ovobel Foods Limited. She successfully pioneered the use of egg powder in the biscuit industry in Indonesia.
By December 2003, the growing demand led to large-scale importation under PT. Pajasama Sejati, starting with just 3 employees.
In 2010, Damayanti founded PT. Damai Rukun Bersama, which is now supported by more than 60 employees. With over 48 years of experience, she has built an excellent reputation and earned widespread trust within the food and beverage industry. At over 80 years of age, Damayanti remains active in running the business.
